The creative studios in New House Farm’s converted milk parlour produce stunning domestic ware inspired by their beautiful setting in the heart of the Marshwood Vale. New House Pottery is a co-operative of three potters with distinctive styles. Miles Bell, Chris Reynolds and Fenella Stride create traditional domestic earthenware and more experimental organic stoneware forms. Also work by students from their popular weekly classes. Lupin Designs is the gorgeous printing work by fine artist Sophie Sharp who will be showing her addictive screen-printed lampshades, cushion covers, limited-edition prints and cards as well as small landscape paintings in oil. Made In The Vale (brothers Jon and Martin Hazell) work in local wood – turning, carving and now weaving their own newly- planted willows – to make plates, bowls, spoons, baskets and other tactile treasures. Plus cosy pop-up café in the old barn with home-baking, teas, coffees and our own apple juice.
